As SIXT Commercial Vehicles continue to grow and expand our footprint in the UK, we have a great new opportunity for a Yard Operative to join our friendly but driven team at our Manchester Depot. Our Vehicle Hire Division hire a range of light commercial vehicles to companies ranging from blue chip corporations and public sector organisations to medium sized enterprises.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Working as a Valeter, you will be responsible for checking and cleaning our vehicles for customers.
- You will also have responsibility for ensuring accurate completion of all documentation for the hire process. It is a customer facing role with varied duties, in which you will provide the highest level of face to face customer service.
- You will be responsible for the organization of our yard and valeting area, making sure both areas are kept clean, presentable and safe at all times.
Applicants should have:
- Full Valid UK Driver’s License with experience of commercial driving and valeting.
- Driven, self-motivated, able to think on your feet and work well under pressure.
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to deliver quality and safety with every vehicle.
- Experience of working with customers as an ambassador of the Company
- Excellent attention to detail
- Team player with a flexible attitude.
