As SIXT van & truck continues to grow and expand our footprint in the UK, we are seeking a highly skilled Performance Analyst, that will work with the Senior Management Team to support the optimization of the SVAT strategy across the UK. In this role, the team will look to the Performance Analyst to help establish and streamline processes and analyses throughout the department. This individual will also support with various initiatives across the organization dependent on need. Ideal candidates will have a superior analytical ability and strong communication skills.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the further development and digitalisation of the reporting landscape of the Van & Truck business unit in the UK
- You develop reports based on the requirements of the strategic management of the various business areas (end-to-end) to identify trends and opportunities
- You take responsibility to ensure high quality data standards in all reports
- You work closely with relevant interfaces within and outside the finance department, both within the UK and globally
- You analyse the overall business performance on a regular basis to refine the strategy as well as identify and monitor improvement actions
About You:
- You have profound professional experience, preferably in data analytics or controlling
- You have a strong affinity for numbers and a good knowledge of setting up reporting structures as a basis of decision-making
- You are results-oriented, have experience in stringent project management and data quality is always your top priority
- You have a very quick grasp of things, show above-average commitment, a high degree of reliability and an entrepreneurial mindset
- You are confident with MS Office, especially Excel, as well as knowledge of BI systems and databases (SQL).
- You enjoy working in a fast paced, international environment
